The park is fully let and tenants include Sainsbury's, JJB Sports, Brantano, Poundstrecher, Durham Pine, Carpetright, Acorn Pet Centres, McDonalds and Mecca Bingo.

Planning consent has recently been secured for an additional 15,000 sq ft of retail space on the site, and tenants are currently being sought.
