The regeneration of this former cables factory site is a centre piece of the group's activities in undertaking sustainable and environmentally positive developments. Phase 1 comprises a 94,000 sq ft Tesco superstore. In addition to the Tesco Superstore there is 80,000 sq ft of non-food retailers such as Next, JJB Sports, Boots, Focus Do it All, poundstretcher, Brantano Footwear and Glocal Video.

A new spine road has been provided to serve the remaining 22 acres which is due to be developed in the near future, largely for residential.
