Oldham Property Partnership Group of Companies (OPP) is a joint venture owned by Brookhouse Group and Oldham Borough Council. The aim of OPP is to deliver successful regeneration projects in and around Oldham.
The Group’s portfolio highlights include the construction of Radclyffe Athletic Centre, the development of Oldham Business Centre, Failsworth District Centre and a Tesco food store at Failsworth.
